Alkilea was born in Valencia with a very clear idea: to do things differently. Before dedicating ourselves to rental management, we bought, renovated, and optimized properties for investment. That experience taught us that behind every property there is much more than square meters: there is heritage, effort, dreams, and important decisions.
Over the years, we understood that many owners needed more than just finding a tenant. They needed a company that would care for their property as if it were their own and accompany them honestly in every decision. This is how Alkilea's comprehensive management model was born.
Today, we help owners who want to delegate the management of their properties and investors seeking a second professional opinion before buying, renovating, or renting out a property. Our job is not to always say yes, but to provide judgment, experience, and peace of mind. There are times when we even recommend not buying a property or not carrying out a renovation because we believe it is not the best decision for our client.
Our goal remains the same as when we started: to contribute to having more quality rental properties in Valencia, managed professionally and with consideration for both the owner and the tenant. Because we are convinced that a dignified rental is only possible when both parties trust who is behind the management.
