The company secured the 11th position in the category of organizations with 501 to 1,000 employees, according to the study conducted by Great Place to Work® Spain. This recognition not only places Landmar Hotels among the country's most highly valued companies for its team's experience but also underscores the relevance of Canary Islands-based businesses in national classifications.
The Best Workplaces ranking annually assesses work environments based on employee perceptions and a thorough analysis of organizational culture. In the current edition, Great Place to Work® analyzed 473 companies and gathered feedback from 431,221 employees, making it the most extensive edition to date.
The results achieved by Landmar Hotels reflect high employee satisfaction, with a Trust Index of 76 points. 84% of its employees believe the company is an excellent place to work. Furthermore, 88% are proud to work for the company, 86% wish to remain with it long-term, and 81% would recommend it to family and friends.
