VIPS Opens New Restaurant in Plaza de Aluche Shopping Center

The restaurant chain VIPS, part of the ALSEA group, has inaugurated a new establishment in the Plaza de Aluche Shopping Center in Madrid, marking its first venture into this dynamic neighborhood and creating 29 new jobs.

The new venue, which opened its doors on April 22, 2026, will offer its iconic variety of dishes, from sandwiches and burgers to breakfasts and snacks. To celebrate the opening, the brand will give away pancakes to visitors who come between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM on the inauguration day.
With this opening, VIPS consolidates its expansion in the Community of Madrid, reaching a total of 102 establishments. The restaurant, with an area of 362 m² and a capacity for 128 diners, has been designed to maintain the brand's essence, offering a versatile, bright, and welcoming space.
