The agreement, currently being processed for official publication, sets a roadmap for the sector. Regarding compensation, a salary increase of 2.9% for 2026 and 3% for 2027 has been established.
In addition to salary hikes, the text introduces improvements in work-life balance and working conditions. Notable updates include a paid leave for medical appointments, provided that proper documentation is submitted.
