The Madrid Leaders Forum 2026 has officially announced its fourth edition, scheduled for May 12 at the Auditorio Mutua Madrileña, focusing on business leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.

This event, recognized as the most significant business forum in the Community of Madrid, will bring together institutional representatives, executives, and leading companies to analyze how artificial intelligence is transforming the business landscape. Under the theme "Leading in the AI Era," the 2026 edition will explore the challenges and opportunities this technology presents for leadership amidst constant technological evolution and changing business models.
The presentation saw a notable institutional presence, including Rocío Albert López-Ibor, Minister of Economy, Finance, and Employment of the Community of Madrid, and Engracia Hidalgo, Delegate of the Government Area of Economy, Innovation, and Finance of the Madrid City Council. Also present was Ángel Asensio, president of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, underscoring official support for the forum.

"The theme of this fourth edition of Madrid Leaders Forum places two inseparable concepts at its core: leadership and artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is not just another technology. It is redefining the way we work. It allows for increased efficiency, process optimization, improved decision-making, and strengthened customer relationships. But, at the same time, it demands the strengthening of key human capabilities such as creativity, empathy, and critical thinking."
