These subsidies, part of the European Innovation Partnership (EIP-AGRI), will be open for applications until September 21. Beneficiaries can apply through Operational Groups, which must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of five partners. Requirements include at least one partner from the primary sector or food industry, and another from a public or private research center.
Applications will be submitted electronically via the Community of Madrid's electronic headquarters, which details the necessary documentation and requirements. The call includes three annual distributions of funds, covering the preparation and establishment of Operational Groups with an annual budget of 48,000 euros. Each beneficiary may receive up to 6,000 euros for developing studies and strategic plans for their launch.
Additionally, the regional government will fund innovative projects with 1,560,000 euros annually. Applicants can receive up to 225,000 euros between 2026-2029, covering 100% of eligible expenses for the call.
These subsidies are co-financed by the regional executive, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and the General State Administration. They are part of the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy for the period 2023-2027.
