The auction features a wide range of vehicles, from motorcycles with an initial price of 80 euros, cars starting from 400 euros, and vans from 500 euros. Additionally, less common equipment such as trucks, dumpers, tractors, and even a structure for automatic vehicle washing will be available.
This marks the second auction this year and the sixth since the Council implemented this system in 2025. Before being put up for sale, all vehicles have been prepared to remove any municipal identification, such as vinyls or police devices, ensuring their suitability for new use.
“"This type of auction helps extend the useful life of public assets and prevents them from becoming waste, in line with circular economy principles."
Interested parties can consult detailed information on each lot, including images, mechanical condition, and ITV status. On-site inspections of the vehicles will also be offered at facilities located in Loeches on April 28 and 29, and May 5 and 6.
The first vehicle auction, held last June, attracted over 1,300 participants and raised nearly 600,000 euros. This figure is complemented by additional revenues exceeding 100,000 euros from other recent auctions, including lost property, electric vehicle chargers, and construction waste containers.
