The city of Valencia has reached technical full hotel occupancy during the central days of Easter Week, exceeding 97% of available beds, according to data from the hotel association Hosbec.

This Tuesday, the hotel association Hosbec confirmed that the Valencian capital has surpassed other tourist destinations in the Valencian Community, such as Benidorm (Marina Baixa), which neared 90% occupancy, and Peñíscola (Baix Maestrat), with over 85% of hotel beds occupied.
The average hotel occupancy across the entire Valencian Community during this holiday period was 88.2%. These figures surpass those from Easter Week 2025, with a 3.7% increase over the same period, primarily driven by a rise in domestic tourism.

All indicators have been surpassed, demonstrating that last-minute bookings functioned smoothly, boosted by good weather, a modern hotel and accommodation offer, and tourist destinations prepared to manage the most important moments of the start of the tourist season.

Spanish tourists accounted for 62% of hotel stays, while international visitors, with more advanced bookings, made up 38%. The main international markets visiting the region during these dates include the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United States.
