AINIA and REDIT Ventures have joined forces to establish ART Technologies, a new technology-based company that will industrialize and commercialize hyperspectral inspection solutions for the food industry, ensuring deep and precise quality control.

This initiative, a result of the collaboration between the technology center AINIA and the investment vehicle REDIT Ventures (promoted by the eleven technological institutes of the Red de Institutos Tecnológicos de Valencia), aims to bring innovative technology with high industrial impact potential to the market.
ART Technologies' hyperspectral vision technology is designed to detect elements invisible to the human eye, such as foreign bodies in bulk agri-food products. This will significantly improve the safety, efficiency, and traceability of quality controls in large-scale production processes.

"With ART Technologies, we take another step in our commitment to bring technologies developed at AINIA with high industrial impact potential to the market. Hyperspectral vision opens new possibilities to improve quality control and safety in the food industry, especially in processes where traditional inspection has limitations."

Cristina Del Campo · General Director of AINIA
The collaboration with REDIT Ventures is crucial for accelerating the adoption of this technology by the business sector, through the creation of a specialized company that drives its industrialization. Gonzalo Belenguer, Advisor to REDIT Ventures, emphasized that ART Technologies is an example of the significant impact of the Red de Institutos Tecnológicos in the Comunitat Valenciana, contributing to the creation of new technology-based industry.

"ART Technologies is another example of the great impact of the Network of Technology Institutes in the Valencian Community; contributing to create the new technology-based industry from the most disruptive R&D of the Network but, above all, offering the possibility of co-investment, in a syndicated manner through the Investment Club, to the more than 6,000 companies associated with the technology institutes."
