This agreement, signed by Victoria Verdú, territorial director of Vithas in the Valencian Community, and Mª del Carmen De España, Councillor for Employment and Development and president of Impulsalicante, establishes a joint working framework. The initiative is part of the municipal strategies Alicante Futura and ALIA (the investment attraction office), aiming to transform the local productive fabric.

Through this alliance, Vithas Alicante and Vithas Medimar commit to actively participate in various lines of action. These include collaboration in talent acquisition and specialized training in emerging technologies, provided by Vithas professionals within the framework of Alicante Futura Lab. The development of pilot projects and the validation of new technological solutions in real testing environments, facilitated by the municipal strategy through the Sandbox Environment, are also planned.
Furthermore, Vithas will integrate into the ALIA Ambassador Network, acting as a prescriber for Alicante to collaborate in attracting investments and promoting the city as a strategic destination for international companies. The entity will also join knowledge ecosystems (innovation hubs) to contribute its experience in key sectors and foster the creation of public-private synergies.
In recognition of its involvement, Vithas has received the “Alicante Futura Committed Partner” seal, a distinction that certifies its commitment to the sustainable growth and modernization of the Alicante capital. For its part, Impulsalicante will give visibility to Vithas' innovation initiatives through its official channels and strategic forums, connecting the entity with other ecosystem actors to scale projects that enhance the territory's competitiveness.
