Developer Neobricks Builders has acquired a significant land plot in Sagunto to develop a complex of 300 publicly protected homes, combining accessibility and high-quality finishes with state-of-the-art industrialized construction.

This initiative responds to the Valencian town's consolidation as one of southern Europe's main industrial hubs. The arrival of Volkswagen's gigafactory and the expansion of companies like Inditex and Mercadona, along with pharmaceutical and logistics projects, are expected to create over 6,000 new jobs in the next two years.
The project is designed for families and professionals settling in the area, offering homes with one to three bedrooms, with starting prices from 143,600 euros. The developer aims to break the stereotype of basic public housing by incorporating high-end flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms.

"We want to demonstrate that protected housing can offer the same quality and comfort as any private home."

The development will proceed in two phases, with an estimated delivery by the end of 2028. Construction will be carried out by 011h, a specialist in industrialized construction systems, which allows for faster and more efficient building, integrating prefabricated bathrooms and high-performance ceramic facades.
This project solidifies the strategic alliance between Neobricks and 011h in the Levante region, following their joint development of Calderona Homes in Massamagrell and other future projects in the area.
