The Secretary General for Employment and Labor Relations, Susana Pérez Iglesias, visited this week in A Coruña two SMEs participating in the Responsabilízate program. This program offers personalized and free support to advance business sustainability.
The companies visited were Cofrico, specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and Coruña de etiquetas (Coreti), dedicated to the design and manufacturing of self-adhesive labels.
The Secretary General highlighted that this year's edition of Responsabilízate incorporates new support possibilities, including a specific service focused on organizational well-being. This service will help 45 SMEs assess and design actions tailored to their needs regarding employee well-being.
