The summer campaign will run from June to September, inclusive, and the job positions will be filled in the centers and services managed by Indesa in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Laudio, Oyón, Amurrio, and Agurain.
As reported by the Provincial Council of Araba, priority in hiring will be given to individuals with disabilities, as Indesa aims to offer stable and quality employment to people with functional diversity, facilitating their full labor and social integration. However, individuals without disabilities can also participate in the call if all positions are not filled by candidates with disabilities.
Indesa is a non-profit organization, with the largest share held by the Provincial Council of Araba, and also includes participation from the Basque Government and other public administrations in the territory. Its staff exceeds one thousand people, 90% of whom are individuals with disabilities, making Indesa "a benchmark special employment center in Araba".
The company carries out its activities through various services and industrial initiatives, including the cleaning of community centers, hospital laundries, residential kitchens, gardening, document management, the cafeteria at Foronda Airport, complementary workshops for industry, and the provision of services to public administrations and private companies.
The company's model is based on offering training, support, and creating personalized pathways for each individual to achieve professional development and full community participation.
Those interested in obtaining one of these positions for the summer campaign can send their curriculum vitae to the email address Indesa2010.portaldeempleo@araba.eus.
