A fire broke out last night in the paint booth for axles at CAF MIIRA. The LAB union has requested the company to analyze the incident and reinforce preventive measures.

A fire occurred last night in the paint booth for axles at CAF MIIRA. As reported by the LAB union, firefighters had to intervene, but fortunately, no one was injured.
Due to the smoke emanating from the booth, employees in adjacent workshops had to evacuate their workstations as a safety precaution. The union has urged the company to "analyze what happened and take appropriate measures to prevent recurrence," and to "act with full responsibility and review prevention systems."
The axle painting area is located on Lazkao land belonging to the CAF Beasain factory.
