Iraurgi Berritzen, the Development and Innovation Agency of Urola Medio, has launched new training sessions within the KLINK program. These initiatives, taking place from September to December, aim to provide practical tools for regional businesses to develop and strengthen their activities.
The training will cover key topics such as business strategy and finance, artificial intelligence (AI), digitalization, customer service, and content planning. The sessions will be held at the Intsausti Palace in Azkoitia and the Basazabal Palace in Azpeitia.
The specific training program includes: on September 23rd and October 7th, a program to strengthen the business and grow sustainably, focusing on strategy and finance, with 12 hours of personalized consultancy. On October 27th, artificial intelligence will be explored as a tool for daily work, analyzing the practical use of tools like ChatGPT, NotebookLM, and Gemini.
On November 11th, tools for brand positioning and improving customer service will be presented, such as Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, and QR codes. On December 2nd, content planning with AI assistance will be addressed, using tools to create and plan content for social media and other digital channels.
Through these sessions, participants will gain knowledge of practical resources to enhance their businesses' management, visibility, and competitiveness, adapting to current needs and challenges.
