"We were looking for suitable tools, which led us to create our own solutions," explains Jose Gutierrez, its founder. This is how Xabia Agent Next was born, transitioning from a web assistant to an autonomous cognitive AI platform.
Digixop's services include training, translation engines, and its flagship product, Xabia. It is an independent SaaS that provides cognitive capabilities to any software and integrates innovations such as Smart QRs technology, the "tunnel effect" protocol for high-speed big data processing, and the Federation module for connecting databases in real-time.
It is much more than a chat with artificial intelligence, as it allows for data sovereignty, conversational consumption with "almost zero" marginal cost, and optimizes web purchasing actions. The tool works without needing apps and has applications as an assistant in museums, online stores, or shopping centers.
In a high-tech service, R&D is fundamental. "I dedicate more than 60% of my time and resources to research," states Gutierrez. This has enabled him to program Xabia.ai's core algorithm and the tunnel effect flow from scratch, achieving a sovereign solution with a near-zero marginal cost per use.
Immediate challenges include "deploying the Standalone version of Xabia.ai, as a standard for independent AI for corporations." The goal is to demonstrate that "from Bilbao, original, sovereign, and competitive technological innovation can be achieved."
