The Erisono industrial park in Eibar is opening a new business horizon. Azpilur, the public provincial company managing industrial land, has started marketing the building it has been developing for years in this industrial hub. The project aims to offer innovative companies a modern, sustainable, and fully equipped space to conduct their activities.
The completion of the works marks the culmination of a project initiated by the Basque Government in 2022 with a six-million-euro investment. The newly constructed building boasts a total area of 9,625 square meters, distributed across four above-ground floors and two underground levels for parking. This configuration allows for functional and versatile spaces, adaptable to various economic activities.
One of the project's most notable aspects is its strong commitment to sustainability. The building was conceived with environmental respect in mind from its inception, and its design and execution were carried out using BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology. This digital planning tool optimizes every phase of the construction process, reduces inefficiencies, and minimizes the environmental impact of the work.
The commitment to sustainability extends beyond the construction process. The property has been certified as a nearly zero-energy building, one of the most demanding energy efficiency standards under European regulations. It incorporates integrated solar panels for photovoltaic energy generation, significantly reducing reliance on external sources and contributing to a lower carbon footprint for occupying companies.
The choice of the Erisono industrial park is not coincidental. It is a key industrial area in Azitain, now seeking to reinvent itself to host higher value-added sectors. The arrival of such a building enhances the area's appeal and solidifies its position as a magnet for companies looking to locate in the heart of Goierri-Debabarrena with top-tier infrastructure.
