Entrepreneurs and companies operating within the Service Sector, requiring a pre-prepared office in an established space that facilitates synergies and cooperation, thereby promoting their growth and enhancing competitiveness, have until this upcoming Tuesday, June 30th, to submit their application to the Amurrio Bidean development agency.
Currently, two modules are available out of eleven existing ones, measuring 10.36 and 14.08 m2, respectively. They also offer a shared office or Coworking space of 34.66 m2, equipped with four workstations, a meeting table, and specific office furniture, for a monthly fee of 31.79 euros plus VAT.
In all cases, the rental price includes all expenses associated with the use of the premises: utilities, Internet, and cleaning, as well as access to common services such as reception, office area, private mailbox, security, or meeting rooms.
Furthermore, companies or promoters initiating their activity, or those with less than three years since their business registration at the time of application, benefit from a subsidized price compared to already established companies.
