The activity began with a demonstration at the Human Factors Academy, a space dedicated to training in safety, decision-making, and teamwork. This facility recreates situations typical of the industrial environment to reinforce preventive culture and continuous improvement among professionals.
The choice of this setting allowed both the exhibition and the photo session to be carried out in a safe environment with a strong visual impact linked to industry, as it is a non-productive facility.
After the demonstration, the two riders participated in a meeting with complex employees and media representatives, moderated by a sports journalist. The complex director also took part in the conversation.

The director highlighted the similarities between high-level sports and industry, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and daily improvement to achieve results. He also stressed that the relationship between Repsol and the Repsol Honda team goes beyond sponsorship, representing a commitment to innovation, technology, and high performance.
In this regard, he recalled that the Tarragona Industrial Complex has managed to produce, for the first time on an industrial scale, 100% renewable gasoline. The visit served to bring the values associated with elite sports closer to the complex's staff in a day that combined demonstration, dissemination, and exchange of experiences.
