Following an extensive renovation, the venue, located at Trafalgar Street number 13, boasts an indoor capacity for 200 diners, in addition to a spacious outdoor terrace. The premises include two upper floors, one of which is dedicated to private events and business meals.
This opening, which took place on March 26, marks the brand's third in the region, following inaugurations in Cambrils in 2022 and Salou two years later. The ownership has expressed satisfaction with the renovation's outcome and the initial reception from customers.
“"We are very satisfied with how ROCE Tarragona has turned out, a privileged location in an iconic space in Tarragona where we have worked on an interior design adapted to the brand. After the first month here, people are becoming familiar with us, and the truth is that we are very excited and believe that our gastronomic proposal will attract."
The executive chef of the ROCE group, trained at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián, leads the culinary proposal, which aims to offer a gastronomic experience based on quality rice dishes, with sustainable cuisine and fresh products. The menu includes a variety of rice dishes, from vegetarian options to those with truffle, meat, or fish, as well as a selection of tapas.
“"At ROCE, we seek to provide the client with an experience where we want to promote good rice dishes, sustainable cuisine, on the seafront, and thus continue to consolidate the brand."
The restaurant also plans to implement a 'take away' rice service, an option already available at its Cambrils and Salou establishments. The offer is complemented by a midday menu at 19.90 euros and a weekend menu at 29.90 euros, accompanied by a carefully selected wine list.
