The multinational Puratos has invested 2.5 million euros to implement a new production line at its Riudarenes plant, focused on manufacturing high-end creams and fillings.

This new facility, named Signature Creations, primarily aims to boost the development of bakery and pastry products with a focus on superior quality. The investment will allow the company to increase its production flexibility.
Thanks to the incorporated technology, the line will facilitate the production of smaller batches and customized formats, better adapting to the specific needs of clients and various distribution channels. The annual capacity of this new line can reach up to 2.5 million kilograms.
The Puratos plant in Riudarenes, operational since 1993, was already specialized in the production of creams, fillings, and other derivatives such as pralines and shavings, now consolidating its position in the high-quality segment.
