The top representatives of the new Ercros management, now under the control of the Bondalti group, visited Flix this Tuesday to meet with the municipal government and outline their future plans.

The institutional meeting, held at Flix City Council, included João de Mello, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ercros, and Anton Valero, the company's new chairman. The future of the industrial site in the town and the strategic lines that the new ownership plans to implement were discussed.
The mayor, Francesc Barbero, positively assessed the meeting, thanking the representatives of Bondalti and Ercros for their visit. He expressed the hope that this new phase will consolidate a relationship of understanding and collaboration between the company and the municipality.
Bondalti acquired control of Ercros last April, after the public takeover bid (OPA) presented by the Portuguese group received acceptance from 77.23% of the Catalan company's capital.
