More than one hundred people gathered at the Real Club de Tennis Barcelona on Thursday, May 28th, to participate in the 11th Pallaresa Gathering, a key event for connecting the Pyrenees with the metropolitan area.

The event, organized by Pallars Actiu, filled the club's trophy room with professionals, business people, and institutional representatives interested in the future of the Pallars and Pyrenean region. The main presentation was delivered by Roser Roca, recently appointed Vice President, Head of Strategy at Airbus Defence & Space, who shared her professional journey with a closely engaged audience.
Following Roca's presentation, a lively Q&A session led to an enriching dialogue, demonstrating the attendees' interest in the topic. The evening continued with a dinner paired with wines from the Pallaresa winery Castell d’Encús, a renowned Pyrenean wine producer and event collaborator. The final coffee extended conversations and fostered new connections.
Pallars Actiu defines itself as an economic development initiative for the Western Pyrenees with a public-private model. With over 90 shareholders, including regional councils, town halls, and local businesses, the entity works to strengthen the business fabric, promote entrepreneurship, and create stable employment to retain population.
Roser Roca's addition to the Pallars Actiu Advisory Board solidifies the international figure's link with the region, bringing top-tier expertise and strategic insight to the entity's development projects.
