The executive board of the Consorci per al Desenvolupament del Baix Ebre i Montsià has validated the allocation of 246,000 euros in Tiquet Rural grants to boost local economic activity.

The call for applications received 31 submissions, with 10 selected to receive funding. These funds are primarily aimed at facilitating the launch or consolidation of new business projects in rural municipalities within the Baix Ebre and Montsià regions.
The grants can cover up to 35,000 euros per approved project. The goal of this support line is to diversify the productive fabric, foster job creation, and encourage population retention in the territory.
The CODEBEM acts as the managing entity for these resources and the Leader program, both designed to enhance the socioeconomic development of rural areas in these two regions.
