The agreement stipulates that attendees at the gala will toast with corpinnats, which will also have a prominent presence throughout the event. The Espai Corpinnat has been created, a new welcome area and meeting point for attendees, which will highlight the winemaking project, recognized for its connection to the territory, quality, and sustainability.
The president of Corpinnat, Pere Llopart, highlighted the "shared conviction with Pimec that the collective effort of SMEs and self-employed individuals is the true engine that defends the territory and advances the country." He added that "the Corpinnat model is born from a commitment to the landscape, agriculture, craft, and people," and that the alliance with the Pimec Awards "unites forces to jointly project a model of proximity with added value and real impact across the country."
For his part, the president of Pimec, Antoni Cañete, emphasized that the collaboration "unites two organizations committed to excellence, rootedness in the territory, and the generation of economic and social value in Catalonia." Cañete remarked that the Pimec Awards "are a celebration of the country's business talent" and positively valued having a project like Corpinnat, "which represents ambition, quality, and commitment to the territory."
The agreement was formalized at the Celler Torelló winery, in an event that brought together institutional representatives from both entities, vice-presidents of Pimec, and a representation of the wineries that make up Corpinnat. The meeting highlighted the synergy between the two organizations to boost Catalonia's productive fabric and project the values of quality, innovation, and commitment to the country.
The Pimec Awards are one of the most significant business events in the Catalan calendar, annually recognizing the best business initiatives in a solidarity gala that brings together figures from the economic, business, institutional, and social spheres.
