The deadline for submitting proposals is July 17, 2026. Interested entities must submit their documentation exclusively online through the City Council's electronic office.
According to Law 38/2003 on general subsidies, collaborating entities play a key role in managing and disbursing public aid. In this case, the collaboration includes providing a technological platform for the distribution, monitoring, and traceability of aid, as well as managing the issuance, use, and settlement of vouchers.
The selected entity will also be responsible for the custody and distribution of public funds to affiliated businesses, controlling fund allocation, and generating monitoring reports. Furthermore, it must comply with data protection, economic and accounting management, and financial control obligations, in accordance with the National Database of Subsidies (BDNS).
The conditions and obligations of the collaborating entity will be formalized through a specific agreement with the Barcelona City Council. The call is open to financial entities that meet the requirements set out in the program's regulatory bases.
