The Camarles Business Incubator hosted the inaugural session of the twelfth edition of the Program 360 – Comprehensive Business Advisory, an initiative by the Consell Comarcal del Baix Ebre.

This initiative, driven by the Consell Comarcal del Baix Ebre through its Promotion and Economic Activation area, is part of the Baix Ebre Avant project and is funded by the Servei Públic d’Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC). In this edition, 13 companies from the region will participate in a strategic support process designed to enhance their competitiveness and foster new growth, innovation, and transformation initiatives.
The program offers expert and personalized advice in key areas for business development, including strategic planning, economic and financial management, marketing and sales, digital transformation, talent management, and the development of new business models.
Participating companies face challenges such as redefining strategy, improving profitability, digitalization, and optimizing internal processes. The Program 360 addresses these needs through a methodology combining diagnosis, objective setting, specialized advice, and results monitoring.

"Small and medium-sized enterprises are one of the main economic engines of the territory and need tools that allow them to face current challenges with confidence. Program 360 is a commitment to support companies in transformation processes that contribute to generating economic activity, employment, and new opportunities in Baix Ebre."
