The project has been assigned to the joint venture formed by COALVI and ACISA. The contract value is 19.95 million euros, excluding VAT, with an execution period of 20 months to complete the works.
The facilities will be located on a site between Ramon d'Olzina Avenue and the A-7 highway. With a built area of 6,336 square meters, the facility will centralize the technical, commercial, and administrative operations of the new tram system.
The center will include a specialized maintenance workshop and a parking area for rolling stock. The design incorporates scalability criteria to allow for future service extensions towards Reus and Tarragona, initially supporting the section connecting Cambrils, Salou, and Vila-seca.
