19 Tarragona Companies Listed as Major Tax Debtors

Companies in the province owe over 25 million euros in tax debts, according to the latest report from the Tax Agency.

A total of 19 companies from the province of Tarragona are featured on the list of major debtors to the Tax Agency, collectively owing over 25.5 million euros.

The Tax Agency has published its list of principal debtors nationwide, which includes taxpayers with debts exceeding 600,000 euros. This report allows for an analysis of tax debt trends across autonomous communities.
In Catalonia, the aggregate debt of major contributors has increased by 20.5% compared to the previous year, reaching 152.98 million euros. The regional list is topped by Yosef Faradji (over 65 million), followed by Jordi Dalmau Orriols (9.6 million) and the company Playbadalona SA (9.3 million).
Within this Catalan context, companies from the province of Tarragona represent a significant portion of the indebted business sector. The most affected sectors include construction, the metallurgical industry, energy, transport, and real estate development.
Leading the Tarragona list is Calderería y Mantenimientos Mayo SA, with a debt exceeding 3 million euros. It is followed by Telecomunicaciones Mediterránea Baix Camp SLU (over 2.8 million) and Grupo Capel Godoy SL (over 2.2 million). Other companies such as Vinos Padró SL, Aerrege Interiors SL, and Granito y Tecnología SL also have debts surpassing one million euros.
