The new La Gran Manzana shopping center has officially begun operations in Las Chafiras, San Miguel de Abona, establishing itself as a benchmark for sustainability and commercial offerings in southern Tenerife.

The inauguration of the complex brought together institutional representatives and business leaders, marking a milestone for the local economic development. The project is positioned as a key infrastructure for job creation and the diversification of services on the island.
The center's design integrates advanced technological solutions for energy efficiency. Key facilities include a 1,100 kW photovoltaic plant and a 3 MW storage system, as well as technology capable of generating drinking water from ambient humidity.
The current offering includes various fashion, dining, and wellness options, complemented by over 1,000 parking spaces and charging points for electric vehicles. Its strategic location, near Tenerife South Airport, facilitates access for both residents and visitors.
The complex plans to expand its services in the coming months with the addition of new leisure areas, including a cinema complex and a bowling alley, aiming to become an integral meeting point for the local population.
