The Tax Agency has opened in-person assistance at its Tenerife offices today, June 1st, for the 2025 Income Tax Campaign, allowing taxpayers to complete the process with technical help.

Taxpayers in Tenerife who prefer to file their Income Tax Declaration in person, or who require assistance reviewing their tax situation, can now visit the Tax Agency offices. This service, designed for those seeking face-to-face support, became active on June 1st, coinciding with a crucial phase of the tax campaign.
To access this assistance, it is essential to have previously requested an appointment, the process for which began on Friday, May 29th. Thousands of taxpayers annually opt for this method to resolve queries regarding deductions, family changes, property transactions, or any other aspect that may influence the final outcome of their declaration.
During the in-person appointment, a Tax Agency technician will review the available tax information with the taxpayer, including personal data, income earned during the fiscal year, and any applicable tax benefits. It is also the time to communicate circumstances not automatically reflected in the draft, such as specific regional deductions, deductible expenses, or relevant family situations.
Once the review is complete and the taxpayer agrees, the official will proceed to submit the declaration immediately. Attendees are reminded of the importance of bringing all necessary documentation, such as the original ID, identification copies of family members, bank account IBAN, and supporting documents for potential deductions or tax benefits, to avoid delays.
The tax calendar sets June 30th as the deadline for submitting the Income Tax Declaration through any channel. However, those wishing to direct debit the payment for a declaration resulting in an amount due must do so before June 25th, after which date direct debit will no longer be available.
