The Precise Hotels & Resorts chain has launched its first property in the Canary Islands, located in Puerto de la Cruz, following a comprehensive transformation of the former Maritim Hotel.

The project involved an investment exceeding 10 million euros, with an additional million euros committed to complete further renovations by 2027. The new resort, perched on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic, features 153 rooms with views of the Orotava Valley and Mount Teide.
The property's concept focuses on territorial identity, wellness, and Atlantic gastronomy. Facilities include a spa, swimming pools, and sports courts, complemented by gardens redesigned to honor Alexander von Humboldt and his historical connection to Tenerife.

"The goal was never just to renovate a hotel, but to recover an iconic site and reconnect it with the spirit, landscape, and cultural identity of northern Tenerife."
