The new leisure venue, promoted by La Posada de Jamaica, features a usable area exceeding 1,250 square meters. The project involved an investment of over one million euros, establishing itself as a new alternative in the port-city area of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The establishment offers three distinct outdoor musical zones, designed to accommodate dance areas as well as seating and standing spaces, in addition to a covered section. Management has confirmed that the venue will open daily, aiming to boost the nightlife offerings in the capital of Gran Canaria.

Regarding its facilities, the design prioritizes sustainability and integration with the urban environment. The venue includes 330 square meters of landscaped areas and a technical envelope designed to reduce energy dependency. Furthermore, an acoustic insulation system has been implemented in all side enclosures to minimize noise impact.

The project promoters highlighted the close collaboration maintained with the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria City Council. This joint effort has ensured that the new offering complies with all current regulations and meets the needs of the local community.
