The main objective is to promote modernization, energy efficiency, beautification, and the elimination of architectural barriers in physical establishments.

The grants are designed to facilitate access for the largest possible number of beneficiaries, prioritizing smaller business structures. 60% of the investment made will be subsidized, with a maximum amount of 10,000 euros per premises.
