The island of Gran Canaria hosted the first edition of Esencia Atlántica this Saturday, an initiative aimed at boosting female leadership and sustainable mobility across the archipelago.

The Santa Catalina Hotel served as the venue for this gathering, which brought together various figures from the business and social sectors. The day began with a test drive of hybrid and electric vehicles, highlighting the organizer's commitment to technological innovation and the protection of Canary Islands' natural environment.
Following the drive, the Inspiration Circle took place, featuring a dialogue focused on connection and professional growth. The discussion addressed current challenges for local organizations, such as talent management, digital transformation, and corporate social responsibility.

"The company does not depend on me or anyone in particular, it depends on everyone. For us, a company with over 75 years of history and currently led by women, trust and connection between people are fundamental."

Inspired by the historical figure of Bertha Benz, the initiative will continue its tour across the archipelago throughout June. After the event in Gran Canaria, the cycle will move to the Gran Hotel Taoro in Tenerife on the 13th, and will conclude on June 20th at La Honorable space in Lanzarote.
