The 5th ACEA Discount and Opportunity Fair, held in San Bartolomé, has concluded with historic figures, exceeding 210,000 euros in direct sales and attracting over 1,000 visitors.

The event, which took place on April 25th and 26th in Plaza León y Castillo, solidified its position as one of Lanzarote's most significant commercial events. The organizers highlighted that the direct turnover of 210,000 euros represents a record for the fair.
Organized by the Ajei Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs in collaboration with the San Bartolomé City Council and the Lanzarote Cabildo, this edition saw an investment of 60,000 euros. This resulted in a direct economic return of 150,000 euros for the participating small and medium-sized businesses.
With a Wild West-inspired theme, the fair brought together 32 businesses from various parts of the island, doubling participation compared to the previous year. Participating businesses also managed to double their sales compared to 2025, underscoring the event's success and relevance.
In addition to commercial activities, the fair offered a diverse program for all ages, including play areas, bouncy castles, workshops, food trucks, and attractions like the mechanical bull. The organization also emphasized the event's inclusive nature, with noise-free sessions for people with auditory sensitivity, allowing more families to enjoy the fair in an adapted environment.

"The fair is an economic engine for the municipality."
