Unions CCOO, UGT, and USO, in conjunction with the management of Hitachi Energy Córdoba, have agreed to establish a technical commission to resolve the labor dispute and facilitate negotiations for a new collective agreement.

This initiative follows the suspension of the indefinite strike that began last November. Both parties have held several meetings, highlighting the need to de-escalate the conflict and create a conducive environment for resuming discussions within a framework of mutual respect.
The technical commission's goal will be to examine issues related to the collective agreement and present consensual proposals to the negotiating commission. These findings are expected to be submitted by mid-June, with the hope of bridging differences and paving the way for the signing of a new agreement.

"The creation of this technical commission is a tool that can bring positions closer and clear the way for the signing of a new collective agreement."
