Soltel, a technology company based in Sevilla TechPark, has presented its strategic plan for the 2026-2030 period. The company aims to reach 1,000 employees, up from the 600 it had at the end of 2025, and strengthen its activity in Spain before accelerating its international expansion, with Europe and Latin America as priority markets.
Soltel's growth strategy includes the possibility of acquiring other companies to incorporate new capabilities and access technology niches with development potential. The workforce increase will focus on profiles in software development, cloud architecture, advanced analytics, systems integration, and process automation.
The company also highlighted the growing demand for professionals who combine technological knowledge with sectoral experience, especially in areas such as public administration, justice, or agriculture. Soltel is committed to young talent and training models like Dual Vocational Training to align profiles with its project needs.
