One of the differentiating elements of the Ceramix-Nano is its compact design, which integrates 3D printing and curing in a unit of approximately 2 kg, reducing the space required for its use and optimizing the process to the fullest. Furthermore, it incorporates a capsule resin system that dispenses with the conventional vat, facilitating material handling. These capsules contain a resin with a high ceramic material load, suitable for restorations and available in different dental shades.
This innovative solution from SHINING 3D Dental is designed to simplify the production of restorations in the clinic through an automated workflow. Its applications include crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, and bridges of up to three units, with ultra-fast printing times, such as 8 minutes for printing a single crown. The presentation will allow for a deeper dive into the APS (Adaptive Pneumatic Stereolithography) technology, which detects peel resistance in real-time and self-levels to work with high-viscosity resins.
The event will also highlight the integration of Ceramix-Nano within a complete digital workflow in the clinic, encompassing intraoral scanning and digital design, through to printing, post-processing, and the final finishing of the restoration. This approach underscores the evolution of dental 3D printing towards specific solutions that adapt to the needs for precision, productivity, and speed.
