Prefabricados Delta, a company integrated into the FCC group, has announced a collective redundancy procedure affecting 134 employees at its manufacturing facility in Puente Genil.

The layoff plan also impacts the company's plant in Humanes, Madrid, bringing the total number of affected workers to 214. This figure accounts for 81% of the combined workforce across both sites.
The firm has justified the move by citing organizational and production-related causes. The Industry, Construction and Agro Federation of UGT (UGT FICA) has expressed its opposition to the procedure, describing the measures as excessive.

"We demand that the company sees reason and negotiates a significant reduction in the number of affected workers, adopting non-traumatic and voluntary measures."
