A new Ibiza-style restaurant, Sabine, has opened its doors in the heart of the sand dunes on Marbella's best beach, promising to be one of the most attractive gastronomic destinations for the summer season.

The establishment occupies the space of what was the Aquí Te Quiero Ver chiringuito for 40 years, transforming into a beach venue with an elegant design and a strong focus on its culinary offerings. The gastronomic proposal centers on a blend of modern Mediterranean cuisine, conceived by the project's responsible chefs.
Classic Ibiza style merges with Andalusian charm, creating a unique atmosphere complemented by a carefully curated musical selection spanning jazz, house, and African beats. The menu offers a variety of small sharing plates, shellfish, a raw bar, salads, fish, and meats, including a wagyu cheeseburger and a Black Angus fillet steak.
Among the most original starters are the 'chilled tomato water shots' and Jamon Iberico croquettes served with a Manchego cheese 'cream'. Also noteworthy are a tuna tartare with Mexican-style corn tortillas and thinly-sliced crunchy bravas with an allioli yogurt sauce, which have gained significant popularity. One of the most unusual additions to the menu is the Devonshire crab salad, a dish rarely seen on Spanish menus, served cooked and dressed with crispy toasts.
For seafood lovers, the restaurant offers the option to choose fresh pieces from the counter, such as a grilled red snapper with olive oil, capers, and rocket. Oysters are priced at 7.50 euros each. Those seeking a more comprehensive experience can opt for Sabine's 'signature' seafood platter for two, which includes oysters, lobster, and other delicacies for 150 euros. To conclude the experience, the star dessert is a passion fruit pavlova with a presentation that mimics an egg, which must be cracked to release its contents.
