The real estate company Metrovacesa, now controlled by Banco Santander and Mexican businessman Carlos Slim, has started construction work on the 'Swing Golf' residential complex. This project is located in San Juan de los Terreros, next to the Aguilón golf course, in the province of Almería.
The total investment allocated by Metrovacesa to this development on the Almería coast amounts to 11.3 million euros. The project will include homes of various sizes, as well as parking spaces and storage rooms. The commencement of this construction represents a new boost for the area's development, which combines nature, a favorable climate, and leisure offerings, establishing itself as an attractive destination for both primary and secondary residences.
“"With the start of the Swing Golf works, we continue to strengthen our presence on the coast of Almería with a project that combines residential quality, natural environment, and design adapted to new ways of living."
'Swing Golf' will offer homes with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a parking space and storage room. The homes are designed with functional layouts to suit different demand profiles. The residential complex will feature common areas including a swimming pool, garden spaces, and areas designated for a gym or social club, creating an environment focused on well-being and outdoor enjoyment.
The development is characterized by its high energy efficiency, with an A rating, and has been designed under sustainability criteria. It will incorporate construction solutions to improve thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as high-efficiency air conditioning systems and domestic hot water production using renewable energy.
Metrovacesa is established as one of the leading real estate developers in Spain, focusing its activity on the promotion and sale of homes, complemented by the development of commercial projects and land management.
