The Manilva City Council has organized the first Master Class 'Emprender con el CADE', aimed at participants of the 'Manilva with Digital Training Under 30' Employment and Training Program.

The initiative, held at the Manilva Vine Interpretation Center (CIVIMA), featured a technician from the Andalusian Entrepreneurship Center (CADE) in Estepona. This expert presented participants with the key resources, services, and tools available for those looking to start a business project.
Professor David Mingolla explained the structure and content of the training session. The Councilor for Training of the City Council, Eva Galindo, emphasized the importance of complementing the students' technical training with practical knowledge in entrepreneurship and career guidance, crucial aspects for their professional future.
This Master Class is the first in a series of sessions planned within the Employment and Training Program. The goal is to enhance participants' skills by providing them with insights connected to the reality of the labor market.
The series will also cover topics such as career guidance, understanding the local business landscape, developing professional competencies, and social skills.
