The transport sector held a meeting this past weekend in Lucena, Cordoba, bringing together hundreds of professionals from various parts of Spain. The event focused on discussing the current situation and future prospects of an industry undergoing transformation, with the introduction of hybrid vehicles and the horizon of electrification.
However, the primary concern for the attending truckers is the high price of fuel, a circumstance that, according to them, pushes them "to the limit".
“"They are at the limit, say the truckers."
This issue was highlighted during the II Transport Professionals Meeting of the City of Lucena. The initiative, organized by the Association of Transport Professionals of the South (Atransur), aims to promote and raise awareness of the transport and logistics sector, establishing itself as a significant event in the economic and business landscape of the province of Cordoba.
The event's program spanned three days, featuring round tables, professional meetings, vehicle exhibitions, networking sessions, city parades, and a driving and maneuvering skills competition.
