Hotel prices in the province of Cadiz continue their upward trend

The average daily rate in April reached 100.79 euros, placing the province in fourth position in Andalusia.

The hotel sector in the Province of Cadiz has experienced an increase in rates during April 2026, reaching an average daily price of 100.79 euros.

Data published by the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia shows a 3.64% year-on-year increase in the average room rate. This growth allows the province to climb to fourth place in the regional ranking, behind Seville, Malaga, and Cordoba, although still below the Andalusian average of 121.99 euros.
Regarding profitability, measured through the RevPAR indicator, the sector has recorded a 3% improvement, reaching 55.26 euros per available room. By geographical area, the Costa de la Luz stands out for its stability, with an average rate of 102.06 euros and a notable increase in revenue.
Among key tourist spots, the capital city of Cadiz leads the provincial ranking with an average daily rate of 115.85 euros, followed closely by Tarifa and Jerez de la Frontera. In terms of pure profitability, the city of Cadiz leads with 75.41 euros, while Jerez de la Frontera remains strong at 71.56 euros.
