Following the data analysis, the workshop will continue with a practical session titled From customer to action: AI for growth. This training block aims to provide professionals with concrete resources to optimize their digital communication and improve customer loyalty.
The session will cover the application of artificial intelligence in daily tasks, such as social media management, the use of instant messaging platforms, and the implementation of cross-selling strategies. The initiative seeks to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and operational solutions for freelancers and local businesses.
