The new building, specializing in the construction of facilities for science and research, is designed to accommodate approximately 800 professionals in advanced technology disciplines. It is anticipated that 40% of its capacity will be occupied by the end of 2026, highlighting the growing demand for such infrastructure in the region.
Node I has been conceived as a modern and flexible hub, capable of meeting the needs of companies operating in advanced systems and high-tech materials. It covers cutting-edge sectors such as microelectronics, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, and also provides support for advanced technical infrastructures like clean rooms and laboratories.

This project represents Kadans' first multi-tenant building in Spain for innovation and R&D intensive companies, marking a milestone in the company's growth strategy in the country. In addition to its technical specifications, the complex features 10,000 square meters of green areas and over 600 parking spaces.
Kadans, which operates in over 30 clusters and 70 buildings across six European countries, actively promotes collaboration and international connectivity among organizations. With the addition of Node I and Node II, the company's total investment in Málaga's PTA amounts to 32 million euros, providing nearly 15,000 square meters of leasable space for innovation.
