The project focuses on advanced training in Artificial Intelligence, process automation, and data analysis. This first edition, offered in a hybrid and online format, will take place in the afternoons, combining experiential in-person sessions with live online training, complemented by an optional individualized mentoring service for selected participants.
CordobIA aligns with the Diputación de Córdoba's commitment to modernizing the provincial productive sector. It aims to improve the digital qualifications of active professionals and the unemployed, boost the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises through the adoption of technological tools, and generate quality employment adapted to the demands of the new digital economy.
Furthermore, the initiative incorporates a territorial cohesion approach, ensuring that training reaches different regions and rural areas of the province equitably. A minimum participation of 60% women is mandated, in line with the provincial institution's objectives of equality and territorial integration.
With the launch of CordobIA, IPRODECO reaffirms its commitment to the real transfer of knowledge to the business community, through personalized technical mentoring services aimed at the effective implementation of digital transformation in companies and self-employed individuals in the province.
