Indra Group, the leading Spanish multinational in defense and advanced technologies, will open a Vocational Training center at Campus Córdoba starting next academic year, aiming to train specialized technical profiles in key industry areas.

This new center, designed to offer a practical and direct approach to the business environment, seeks to foster a close link between training and sector needs. The initiative responds to the growing internal demand for technical profiles, driven by Indra Group's strong growth and industrial expansion.
The exclusive technology training program will allow students to immerse themselves in a real work environment from day one, using innovative systems and technologies. This high-performance model is designed for students to work with cutting-edge technologies, such as radiofrequency systems and CMOS (complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor) technology, providing practical training under conditions that faithfully simulate the professional context.
The center will offer two main areas of specialization: industrial mechatronics and electronic maintenance. In industrial mechatronics, higher technical degrees and programs in assembly, supervision, and design of mechatronic systems will be taught. The electronic maintenance area will include higher technical degrees and specializations in planning and maintenance of systems, as well as audio and video professionals.

"Indra Group has always been committed to talent development, both due to corporate responsibility and the need for highly qualified professionals. This new FP center represents another step in our commitment to young people and in seeking an environment like Campus Córdoba, with first-class facilities and a practical training philosophy aligned with business reality, which is key to offering the best training."

María Fernanda Silles · Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Director at Indra Group
The center's location at Campus Córdoba is due to its differential model, which places companies at the heart of the training process. The campus boasts over 55,000 square meters of facilities, with more than 27,000 square meters dedicated to specialized training spaces, including technical classrooms, industrial workshops, and environments designed to simulate real working conditions.
The increased demand for professionals at Indra Group is due to the expansion of new industrial and technological centers in the province, such as the automated radar factory in Las Quemadas and a new facility for advanced metal structures. The group plans to continue promoting high-level training programs, aimed at specialized local talent development and its integration into Córdoba's innovation ecosystem.
This center reinforces Indra Group's commitment to the Andalucía Plan, which aims to double the group's activity in the community and consolidate its position as a driving company in the Andalusian technological and industrial ecosystem. In the coming years, Indra Group will invest over 80 million euros in the region, creating more than 500 new jobs and consolidating its workforce with over 3,700 highly specialized professionals in advanced technologies.
