Iberdrola has inaugurated a new customer service point in Huércal-Overa, Almería, aiming to offer a more accessible and personalized service to residents, facilitating the management of their supplies and access to innovative energy solutions.

Located at Carretera de la Estación number 145, this new facility is part of Iberdrola's effort to strengthen its in-person service network in the province of Almería. The opening seeks to improve energy advice and the overall experience for citizens in Huércal-Overa and its surrounding areas.
The inauguration was attended by the local mayor, Domingo Fernández, who had the opportunity to personally inspect the facilities and learn about the various services that will be offered. This customer service point is designed to provide more direct and tailored assistance to each client's individual needs.
The office will be open from Monday to Friday, both morning and afternoon, allowing users to receive personalized recommendations on electricity and gas plans, as well as detailed information on the company's latest energy solutions. Services available include advice on self-consumption, charging points for electric vehicles, climate control, aerothermal systems, and energy rehabilitation.
Furthermore, customers will be able to carry out all standard supply-related procedures, such as new registrations, cancellations, or changes of ownership, simplifying processes and enhancing the customer experience. The space will also offer digital solutions for consumption monitoring and promoting energy savings, with competitive electrification plans adapted to the current context.
This initiative is part of Iberdrola's 125th anniversary celebration, commemorating its history with a program of activities under the slogan '125 años luz' (125 light years). The company plans to roll out an extensive agenda including technology and art exhibitions, music festivals, social events, and the illumination of iconic buildings across Spain, aiming to share this celebration with employees, customers, shareholders, and society at large.
